What I love about Zanzibar:

I love so many aspects of Zanzibar that it's hard to choose favourites, but my corner of the island is the south-east - around Bwejuu, Paje and Jambiani. This is still one of my favourite places on the island because of the open beaches that stretch for miles and the freshest air. I also, however, love the island's fertile interior and the villages where the pace of life has still been almost unaffected by tourism.
