Kahawa na kashata - coffee and cake the Swahili way. Here coffee is served on street corners or in a coffee house, an mgahawa. This coffee came straight from the slopes of the Kilimanjaro. It’s natural, someone explained (eaning it hasn't been all the way to Europe and back again wrapped up in fancy plastic).
